JCI is a worldwide known organization that has a strong focus on personal development.
JCI offers the opportunity for Young people of any community, religion or nationality between the ages of 18 and 40 to meet together in a friendly environment to train themselves, participate in projects and develop their skills.
JCI offers its members many areas of opportunities.
JCI works with four AREAS of OPPORTUNITIES:

1. Personal development: JCI gives its members the opportunity to assist trainings to develop their personal and professional skills.

2. Community JCI has community projects for its members to execute every year, for the well being of the community.

3. International: JCI organizes international conferences all over the world to give every member the opportunity to travel and befriend other international chapters.

4. Business : JCI offers the opportunity to each member worldwide to publicize or exchange their business with other international chapter members

JCI Aruba Female is the local female chapter established in Aruba and it belongs to the JCI Dutch Caribbean which is a part of the JCI world organization.

About JCI Aruba Female or JCIAF….

Our chapter consists of only female members that is why we are called the JCI Aruba Female. We consist of active Members, Honorary Members, Extra Ordinary Members and Senators. We all work together and guide each other the JC-way !

JCIAF functions in all four Areas of Opportunity by executing various projects and activities .
For the area of Personal Development JCIAF gives numerous trainings to our Members and the community of Aruba. Such trainings are; Protocol & Etiquette, Best Business Plan, Public Speaking, Project Planning and much more...

For the area of Community JCIAF organizes one big community project annually. This big project has a purpose of awareness among the community about Hot-issues or Taboos.

For the area International JCIAF offers its members the unique opportunity to travel all over the world to assist international conventions.

For the area of Business JCIAF has the tremendous opportunity for members to publicize or exchange their business or product at International conventions. This is a unique opportunity that many of our members takes advantage of because it is a chance for them to grow and become successful with their businesses.

We are a proud and succesful local organization of the JCI world and the JCI Aruba female is exisiting now for 35 years. It started in the year 1974. The chapter consists only of females, therefore the name says it all. JCI Aruba Female is a very active organization in the community of Aruba as mentioned above there are many projects executed during the year.
